2013-06-28 - LRPOA Purchase of Lake 2 Completed

In late 2012, the LRPOA negotiated a Purchase Agreement with Jonathan Klinck to purchase the second lake. Completing this land transfer required the completion of a complex survey of the entire second lake shoreline. Year round residents witnessed the survey progress over the winter months. The frozen lake aided the survey process by providing a solid surface from which the entire shorline could be accessed easily. This purchase was completed June 28, 2013 which resulted in the LRPOA owning the Lake in one contiguous parcel from the causway to the end of the channel entering the back lakes.
