2016-05-03 - Lake Road Resurfacing & Fall Leaf Pickup

Brockton council has approved the resurfacing of Marl Lake road 8 this summer. The roads department has plans to resurface all lake roads with hot mix within five years. Road 5 will receive a single surface treatment this year to hold it over until hot mix is applied.

A decision is expected to be made soon regarding the possible installation of three intersection lights. These intersections include Road 1, Road 8, and Roads 4 & 7.

Last year's fall leaf pickup program was proven successful. As a result of last year's uptake, this service will be continued again in 2016 and for future years.
