The LRPOA Board of Directors welcomes any interested resident seeking a position as Director on the Lake Rosalind Property Association to send your name forward to John Stadtlaner ([email protected]) by Sunday, August 22nd. Please see a brief description of Director duties and responsibilities below the agenda.

LRPOA Director Duties and Responsibilities:

The affairs of the LRPOA shall be managed by a board of 10 directors whom:

• shall be a paid member in good standing with the LRPOA
• shall attend Board of Director meetings as scheduled by the President
• shall be an active participant and resident advocate in decision making at the BOD meetings
• shall participate in responsibilities outside of the board meetings such as research, community dialogue and resident input in order to offer relevant and pertinent information to assist in Board decision making
• shall come prepared to BOD meetings having read all related information, articles and communications related to the agenda
• shall, in addition to commitments at the BOD level, be assigned a Road Number (1 - 6) and as Road Director, will be responsible for collecting yearly fees, distributing communication that is not sent through email, assisting residents with concerns and issues related to the assigned road, presenting assigned road concerns/ issues to the President when they arise, bringing concerns/issues to the BOD meetings for discussion and decision making

Note: As the duties and responsibilities of Directors require yearly ongoing commitment, it is considered beneficial if Directors are full time residents, however, part time residents will be considered if they are able to fulfill the above requirements with due diligence.
